Delivery Formats

Your customized courses will be designed to be offered in any of the following formats:

• WBT: Web-Based Training which is delivered over the Internet to browser-equipped learners. WBTS can be of two types:
  • Self-directed or self-paced: In this type of a WBT instructions are delivered by a combination of hyperlinked pages, screen cam tutorials, streaming audio/video, and live Web broadcasts. This type of a WBT is not facilitated by an instructor.
  • Instructor-facilitated: In this type of a WBT instructions are delivered by a combination of static methods like hyperlinked pages, screen cam tutorials, streaming audio/video, and live Web broadcasts and interactive methods like threaded discussions, chats, and desk-top video conferencing. As the name suggests, an instructor will facilitate this type of training.
    
• VILT: We can design courses for the Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) format. Virtual Instructor-Led Training will be a real time instructor-led training conducted on the Internet in a Virtual Classroom. These can be:
  • Standard VILTs: The duration of these training sessions could vary depending upon our client’s requirement. The content would be designed to allow highly interactive sessions with hands-on activities conducted through the training.
  • Fast Learning: We can design your VILT course content using our unique and acclaimed Fast Learning standard to allow optimum flexibility. Fast Learning is a unique training design and delivery methodology developed by "Avena Training Academy". The customized Fast Learning courses we develop for you will comply with our unique Fast Learning Standards.
